浙江安吉竹笋加工和废弃物处理现状及发展对策
Current Status and Proposals in Bamboo Shoot Processing and Waste Treatment in Anji, Zhejiang
摘要
Abstract
The bamboo shoot processing and its wastes treatment in Anji, Zhejing were investigated and analyzed to know the current status. The results showed that the processed bamboo shoot products had a wide range in Anji but the processing plants had increasingly dropped in number. The raw materials for bamboo shoot processing had a wide source. Meanwhile, the waste water can be emitted after the treatment, and the solid waste can be produced into the fodder for domestic animals. The main problems arising from the shoot processing industry including high human resource costs for large number of labors, high costs for waste treatment, low reuse rate and insufficient expansion of bamboo shoot market. The paper put forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems in bamboo shoot processing.关键词
