桃红四物汤配合毫火针治疗原发性痛经临床疗效观察OACHSSCDCSTPCD
Taohong Four Ingredients Decoction Combine with Filiform-fire Needle Therapy in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea
目的：桃红四物汤配合毫火针治疗原发性痛经的近期和远期临床疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分组，桃红四物汤配合毫火针组（治疗组）43例和阿司匹林泡腾片治疗组（对照组）43例，2组研究分为治疗期（第1～3个月经周期）和随访期（第4～6个月经周期），2个阶段。对照组采用阿司匹林泡腾片，0.5 g／次，3次／d，月经前5 d开始服用，直到月经来潮后1d。治疗组采用：桃红四物汤内服，1剂／d，每月行经前5d开始服药，服至月经来潮后1d；毫火针每月行经前5d开始…查看全部>>
