Effect of Three Ginseng and Guiqi Mixture in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure and Its Effect on NT-Probnp Level
目的：观察和评估三参归芪合剂对冠心病心力衰竭患者的疗效及其对NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法：随机选取我院2013年1月至2015年2月收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者100例，按照治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服三参归芪合剂。对比分析2组患者中医症候疗效、心功能疗效、明尼苏达生活质量调查积分、血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果：治疗组患者的中医症候的疗效和心功能疗效明显优于对照组，差异具有统计…查看全部>>
