蔡淦教授运用“脾统四脏”理论治疗内伤杂病，疗效颇佳。本文介绍蔡淦教授运用“脾统四脏”理论治疗心系疾病经验，并附病案三则详述其临床应用。
Prof.Caigan is good at using “Spleen Governing Four-Zang” theory in the treatment of internal damages and miscella-neous diseases .This article described three cases to illustrate the clinical application of his above experiences in the treatment of heart diseases based on the theory of “Spleen Governing Four-Zang”.
