温针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效观察OACHSSCDCSTPCD
The observation of clinical efficacy of treating IBS-D with needle warming therapy
目的：观察温针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：遵循随机原则将59例患者分为2组；治疗组采用温针灸疗法，对照组采用常规针刺。本研究通过中医证候量表、肠易激综合征生活质量量表积分的改善来对治疗疗效进行评价。结果：经过治疗后，温针灸治疗组与常规针刺组在中医证候积分及肠易激综合征生活质量量表积分方面均较治疗前明显改善，且温针灸治疗组改善率高于常规针刺组（ P＜0.05）；温针灸组患者的总有效率为93.1％，其中痊愈率为20.7％；而常规针刺组的…查看全部>>
