五味子花中脂溶性成分的 GC／MS 分析研究
GC/MS Analysis of Fat-soluble Components in Schisandra Sphenanthera Flower
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the fat-soluble components of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower .Methods:Fat-soluble compo-nents of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and were analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry .Results:The eleven compounds were identified and the determination the content of vitamin E with the yields was 1.066%.Conclusion:The squalene was reported for the first time ,and there are same fat-soluble components in fructus schisan-drae flower and fruit .关键词
