城市社区老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素
Mental health status quo of elderly in urban communities and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know the mental health status quo of the elderly in urban communities and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide references for the development of mental health interventions.Methods:A total of 1 208 residents in urban communities aged 60 years old and above were chosen from Weihai city,Wei-fang city,and Liaocheng city by stratified random sampling method.And they were investigated with self made general information questionnaire and Kessler 10 Scale with a face to face survey.Results:The score of Kessler 10 Scale of urban communities’elderly was(14.36±4.63)points.Totally 909 people were in good men-tal health,accounting for 75.2%.Single factor and multifactor analysis showed that the mental health influen-cing factors of elderly in the urban community including education,spouse status,living status,chronic disease prevalence,friend status and so on(P<0.01).Conclusions:Most of the elderly in the urban community have a good condition of mental health.While there are many influencing factors.One should pay more attention to the mental health problems of the elderly and achieve the healthy and active population aging.关键词
