慢性腰背痛病人生活质量评价及其与自我效能关系的研究
Evaluation of the quality of life of patients with chronic low back pain and study on its relations with self efficacy

Abstract
Objective:To know the status quo of the quality of life(QOL)in patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP)and to explore the correlation between patients’QOL and self efficacy.Methods:By using purposive sampling method,a total of 1 9 6 community dwelling patients with CLBP were investigated with Concise Health Application Checklist (SF 36)and Chronic Disease Management Self Efficacy Scale.By analyzing the QOL level of these patients and the characteristics of different demographics patients,to analyze the correlation between QOL and self efficacy.Results:The level of QOL in patients with CLBP is lower than the national norm.Demographic characteristics including the degree of pain,age,work status,education level,whether com-bined with other chronic diseases,marital status,gender,and j ob type are influenced patients’QOL in different degrees.There was a significant positive correlation between QOL and self efficacy.Conclusions:It is urgent to improve the QOL of patients with chronic lower back pain.This article recommended that by improving the self efficacy level and behavior of pain management,the QOL of these patients can be enhanced finally.关键词
