青赤散保留灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema with Green and red powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by clinical observation.[Methods] The 41 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups, 20 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group. The control group was treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets and treat-ment group was treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets plus retention enema with Green and red powder. The main clinical symp-toms and endoscopic change integral, disease activity of total score, clinical efficacy, C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimenta-tion rate (ESR) of two groups were compared before and after treatment. [Results] 1)Compared with before treatment, the abdominal pain, stool frequency, stool, colonoscopy and disease activity of two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05), and the treat-ment group was better than control group (P<0.05). 2)In clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). 3)The ESR and CRP after treatment were lower than before treatment (P<0.05) in two groups. The ESR and CRP in treat-ment group were lower than control group (P<0.05) after treatment. [Conclusion] The retention enema with Green and red powder has good efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
