溴化铜一步催化氧化液相甲醇合成甲缩醛
One-step oxidation of liquid methanol to dimethoxymethane with CuBr2 as catalyst
摘要
Abstract
CuBr2 was used as catalyst for oxidation of liquid methanol to dimethoxymethane (DMM). The effects of CuBr 2 concentration, reaction temperature, pressure and reaction time on reaction were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:CuBr2 concentration of 0.04g/mL, temperature of 130℃, oxygen pressure of 3MPa and reaction time of 4 hours, and under above conditions, methanol conversion and DMM selectivity reached 29.7% and 81.0%, respectively. After being reused 16 times, the activity of CuBr2 was still kept.关键词
