Abstract
Several mesoporous molecular sieves V-SBA-15 with different vanadium loading were synthesized by impregnation method and characterized by XRD and BET, and their catalytic performances in H2O2 (w=30%) oxidation of ethylbenzene (EB) to produce acetophenone (ACP) were evaluated. Results show that the SBA-15 loaded vanadium still had six square mesoporous structure, and the catalyst V(0.10)-SBA-15 (n(V) ∶ n(Si)=0.1) exhibited the best catalytic performance. For the catalyst V(0.10)-SBA-15, the effects of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of reactants, temperature on the EB oxidation reaction were investigated in the batch reactor with H2O2 as oxidant and acetone as solvent, by which the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:temperature of 160℃, time of 6 hours and EB/acetone/H2O2 molar ratio of 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 2. Under these conditions, EB conversion and ACP selectivity were 41.6%and 91.3%, respectively.关键词
