城市社区发展适应性评价
Development Adaptability Evaluation of Urban Community
摘要
Abstract
Community construction and development is the significant content of urban construction. With the growing pressure of external environment and promotion demand resulted by the function degradation of internal system, community development adaptability needs to be enhanced immediately. The development adaptability issues and promotion demands of urban community were analyzed. The development evolution stages and characteristics of urban community construction system were discussed,the framework of urban community construction system with three subsystems was set up,which including community design and building subsystem,management subsystem, public participation subsystem. Furthermore, the connotation and influence mechanism of development adaptability of urban community was analyzed. Besides, the indicator system of development adaptability of urban community was raised based on life cycle. Based on Cloud Model Theory ,the modified comprehensive evaluation model of development adaptability of urban community was built. The evaluation result was simulated by normal cloud generator of Matlab. Finally,taking a community in Wuhan city as the case study,the development adaptability and the improvement measures of this community were analyzed, which verified rationality and applicability of the evaluation methods proposed in this paper.关键词
