施工安全管理体系构建及失效致因
Exploration on the Failure Cause of Construction Safety Management System
摘要
Abstract
Safety is the primary objective of construction project management. In order to meet the requirement of large project management,it is important to adopt system engineering method into construction safety management. Based on the review of literatures,relevant regulations and standards,a construction safety management system was established,containing the aspects of personnel,resources,technology,and process. After that,the failure causes of each subsystem were analyzed using problem tree method,and a questionnaire survey was conducted. The survey results revealed the main failure causes of the construction safety management system and may provide reference for improvement of construction safety management.关键词
