光伏建筑外部性量化分析
Externally Quantitative Analysis of BIPV
摘要
Abstract
Since the existence of externalities,that leading to the development of BIPV is restricted, the government needs to develop appropriate economic incentives to promote its development. The paper discusses the concept of solar architecture and the existence of BIPV external problems. Based on the analysis of the external of BIPV using related economic theories,a quantitative model of BIPV was established and the application of the model was also studied. The research finds that it has a strong positive externality between BIPV,and it’s necessary to implement a series of economic incentive policies to internalize those externalities. what’s more, the paper will provide some necessary basis for further relevant economic incentive policies.关键词
