交通类PPP项目社会风险影响因素分析与识别
Identification and Survey Research on Social Risk Factors of Traffic PPP Project
摘要
Abstract
Introduction of social capital makes social risks of PPP project different from the general major projects,which represents as more varied risk and more complex reasons evoked. Currently, there are less researches focusing on social risks of PPP projects. Based on existing research on social risks of general major projects,this paper proposed social risk factors of traffic PPP projects factors by combining the characteristics of PPP project and the analysis of domestic and foreign PPP cases. The factors were divided into three parts:economic and livelihood, environment and humanity, management and maintain,and each part also concluded more detailed factors. Then,this research conducted a survey about the degree of importance of each factor to professionals in the field of PPP, and reached conclusion of a clear order of importance of each factor.关键词
