Abstract
With the development of China’s green building energy saving,public buildings of huge energy consumption has caused great attention,to the characteristics of the public building:many high energy consumption facilities and single property rights,after analyzed the characteristics of several energy performance contracting modes,this paper obtained the energy performance contracting mode of public building energy saving reconstruction project. When the energy performance contracting project is developed,they had benefit allocation problems,how to determine the benefit allocation is the key to the success of energy performance contracting project. By means of energy performance contracting project analysis of the benefit allocation problems,it cleared the object of both sides benefit allocated, and the total amount of benefit allocation,got the effective range of the benefit allocation. Through establishing the Bargaining-Game model,it got benefit allocation proportion of the energy using units and energy service company. Finally,through analyzing case demonstrated the practicality and effectiveness of the Bargaining-Game model for benefit allocation in energy performance contracting.关键词
