Abstract
There are two different logistics when construction industry implements vendor managed inventory. They are logistics of supplier and the third-party logistics. It is unfavorable to improve supplier’s core competence and optimization of VMI supplier chain just by logistics of supplier. However,the third-party logistics has the advantage of logistics service. It is favorable to improve supplier’s core competence and induce cost of supply chain when supplier applies TPL to VMI supply chain. This paper analyses the cost difference of logistics of supplier and the third-party logistics under the condition of VMI. After that,the prerequisite of integrating VMI&TPL is got and the construction and operation process of logistics system are argued.关键词
