Abstract
The establishment of trial-centered system should be correctly positioned the function of procuratorial organ, and perfect the power allocation, to achieve two goals. First is to realize the validity of the prosecution to ensure the completion of the prosecution task, conducting the constitutional principle of dividing responsibilities, coordinating efforts and checking each other. The second is to strengthen the litigation supervision, to perform the functions and powers of legal supervision correctly. There are many differences between the function of prosecution and legal supervision, such as theory, system, practice, objective, operation and so on. These differences reflect the value attribute different between them. Under the trail-centered system, it is necessary to separate and reconfiguration them to ensure that procuratorial power serves the trial and also performance of legal supervision, and fi⁃nally to achieve the coordination between them.关键词
