TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ在妊娠期糖尿病的表达
Expression of TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡ in gestational diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and function of transforming growth factor beta-2 ( TGF-β2 ) and transforming growth factor beta receptor 2 ( TGFβRⅡ) in gesta-tional diabetes mellitus ( GDM) . Methods:The placentas from 30 GDM patients and 30 normal pregnant women were collected. The expressions of TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡwere detected by re-al-time PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results:The mRNA and protein expres-sions of TGFβ2 and TGFβRⅡ were significantly higher in GDM group than those in control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . The positive expression levels of TGFβ2 and TGFβRⅡ were significantly higher in GDM than those in control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The up-regulations of TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡ might be associated with the etiology of GDM,TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡmight be targets of diagnosis and treatment in GDM.关键词
