Synthesis of Hexadecylβ-D-xylopyranoside
摘要
Abstract
Hexadecylβ-D-xylopyranoside is a renewable,green and envorimental neutral amphiphilic surfactant.With the trichloroacetimidate method,D-xylose was acetylated,deacetylated selectively at C1 position and converted into corresponding glycosyl trichloroacetimidate.The glycosyl trichloroacetimidate was coupled with an acceptor hexadecanol and deprotected to achieve stereoselectively 1 ,2-trans hexadecylβ-D-xylopyranoside.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by the 1 H NMR analysis.The synthetic method is concise and applicable.关键词
