城市绿地植物海桐叶片蛋白质含量的变化
Change of Leaf Protein Content of City Green Space Plant Pittosporum tobira
摘要
Abstract
The city green space evergreen plant Pittosporumtobira was used to study the change of leaf in different positions of the same branches under a natural temperature change in Xuzhou.The results showed that the soluble protein content of 1 year leaf at the top of branches can reach the highest value 3535.46μg/g,while the lower two year's leaves can reach the minimum value 126.36μg/g in the natural temperature change in Xuzhou.The difference of soluble protein content of leaves in the middle,lower branches and on the top of branches are significantly at different period of time in a day.Therefore,the corresponding technical measures should be taken according to the age and position of the leaves.关键词
