血红素结合蛋白与心血管相关疾病关系的研究进展
Research progress on the relationship between hemopexin and cardiovascular diseases
摘要
Abstract
Hemopexin ( Hx) as an acute phase plasma glycoprotein mainly expressing in liver , had been proven to show high binding affinity with free heme and play key roles of eliminating overloading free heme from circulation .Such process had been done to alleviate oxidative stress and tissue injuries by binding with free heme and then transferring into cells via specific receptors for degradation .Data from previous studies showed that abnormal Hx levels existed in the setting of seve-ral diseases .Nowadays , great progress had been made in such topic concerning about Hx and showed potential implementation in the treatment of cardiovascular related diseases , such as atherosclerosis , cerebral ischemic injury , and multiple sclerosis et al.Strategies aiming at Hx were confirmed to improve the prognosis of the animal models with the above diseases .So such pro-gress about the modulation of cardiovascular related diseases by Hx was summarized in this review .关键词
