Preparation and Characterization of Metal-organic Framework of UiO-66 materials

以氯化锆为金属盐,对苯二甲酸为有机配体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为有机溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备UiO-66。通过考察金属盐、有机溶剂、有机配体、晶化温度、晶化时间的影响,确定出的优化合成条件为:n (金属盐)/n(有机配体)为1.0、n(有机溶剂)/n(有机配体)为25、晶化温度为100℃、晶化时间为25 h。在此条件下,可合成出相对结晶度较高的UiO-66。

UiO-66 was synthesized by solvothermal method,using zirconiumchlorideasmetal salt, terephthalic acid as organic ligand,DMF as organic solvent.The factors of metal salt,organic solvent,or-ganic ligand,crystallizing temperature and time were investigated,the optimal synthesis conditions were met-al salt to organic ligand ratio at 1 ,organic solvent to organic ligand ratio at 25 ,crystallizing temperature at 100℃,and crystallizing time at 25h.The UiO-66 synthes…查看全部>>
