Abstract
Severalkinds of catalysts were evaluated interms of catalyzing the reaction of methylal and trioxane to produce polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers.The reaction conditions,such as the mass ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage,were investigated.Under the optimized conditions of the mass ratio of methylal with trioxane 2/1 ,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 2 -4 hours and the catalyst dosage 1 .5%,the conversion of trioxane and the selectivity of DMM3-4 were higher than 95% and 42%,respectively.The results indicated that the catalyst has the advantage of sTab.struc-ture,excellent performance,and the conversion and selectivity has not declined during the fifth recycles.关键词
