芦荟多糖的微波辅助提取及其保湿性能研究
Study on Microwave Assisted Extraction and Moisturizing Properties of the Effective Components of Aloe Polysaccharide

Abstract
Aloe polysaccharide was extractedf rom Aloebymicrowave extraction technology.The effects of microwave time,power,ratio of material to liquid,and temperature on the extraction rate of poly-saccharide from Aloe were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the best extraction process included:microwave time of 5 minutes,the power of microwave of 600 W,solid /liquid ratio of 1∶8,and temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.Under this condition the extraction rate of Aloe polysac-charide was 0. 2317%.Finally,the moisture absorption and moisture retention of Aloe polysaccharide were tested by the method of controlling humidity of the dryer,and the Aloe polysaccharide has good moisture ab-sorption and moisture retention.关键词
