摘要

Abstract

Aloe polysaccharide was extractedf rom Aloebymicrowave extraction technology.The effects of microwave time,power,ratio of material to liquid,and temperature on the extraction rate of poly-saccharide from Aloe were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the best extraction process included:microwave time of 5 minutes,the power of microwave of 600 W,solid /liquid ratio of 1∶8,and temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.Under this condition the extraction rate of Aloe polysac-charide was 0. 2317%.Finally,the moisture absorption and moisture retention of Aloe polysaccharide were tested by the method of controlling humidity of the dryer,and the Aloe polysaccharide has good moisture ab-sorption and moisture retention.
