摘要
Abstract
To determine the residual quantity of ethanol in extraction of purple cabbage by headspace gas chromatography.Ethanol showed good linearity in the range of 0. 02~1000μg,the correlation coefficient r=0. 9993,the detection limit is 0. 05 mg /kg,relative standard deviation is 0. 64%,recycling rate of 99. 16%~101. 21%.The method has good precision,high recovery rate,simple operation and easy to grasp.It can be used for the determination of residual ethanol in purple cabbage extract.关键词
