延迟焦化装置常见腐蚀部位分析及防腐措施OA
Analysis of Common Corrosion and Corrosion Protection Measures in Delayed Coking Unit
加工高硫、高酸、掺炼催化油浆等劣质原料时，延迟焦化装置易发生腐蚀。分析了容易发生腐蚀的进料换热器、加热炉系统、焦炭塔等部位的腐蚀类型及腐蚀机理，并对目前在设计上和生产中采取的防腐措施进行了综述。
During inferior rawm aterial processing with high sulfur and highacid,Blending FCC slur-ry oil,the delayed coking unit was prone to corrosion.In this paper analyzes the corrosion types and corro-sion mechanism of the feed heat exchanger,furnace system,coke tower and so on which are prone to corro-sion are analyzed,and the anticorrosion measures taken in the design and production are reviewed.
