Pigment printing performance of polyacrylate modified by polysilsesquioxane
摘要
Abstract
The adhesive of polyacrylate modified by polysilsesquioxanes was synthesized and its structure was investigated by ATR-FTIR. The water absorption and thermal properties of the film were evaluated. Final⁃ly, the study on the pigment printing performance of the cotton fabric was carried out. The optimum technolog⁃ical conditions of the pigment printing binder were determined by treating the fabric under the different dos⁃age of modified polyacrylate and different curing temperature. Then the effects of different adhesives were an⁃alysed by comparing the changes in wet and dry rubbing fastness, stiffness and contact angle of fabric. The wet and dry rubbing fastness test indicated that the wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric could be improved by polyacrylate modified by polysilsesquioxanes, which had a good application prospect.关键词
