摘要

Abstract

C.I. Reactive Red 195 was dispersed into decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane (D5) using planetary grinding method to form a dye/D5 suspension. Taking the stability of suspension and the diameter of the dye as the evaluating index, the mil ing parameters, type and dosage of dispersant were optimized. The results showed that when the ratio of bal to material was 50∶1 and the rotation speed was 400 r/min, the particle di⁃ameter could reach 15~25 μm by bal mil ing for 3 h. The stability of suspension improved with the increasing of concentration of glycerol monostearate. When the concentration was 2.5%, the suspension could be stored for more than 10 days .
