Application of multifunctional scouring agent JF-100 in the pretreatment process of viscose and cotton blended fabric

Abstract
The multifunctional scouring agent JF-100 was used in the one bath pretreatment of viscose and cotton blended fabric desizing, scouring and bleaching. The effects of JF-100 dosage, H2O2 dosage, tem⁃perature and time were studied by single-factor test and orthogonal test. The optimal process was as fol ows:dosage of multifunctional scouring agent JF-100 3.0 g/L, 30% hydrogen peroxide 7.0 g/L, impregnation tem⁃perature 75 ℃, impregnation time 45 min. Under these conditions, scouring and bleaching fabric whiteness was 83.40, capil ary effect was 14.9 cm/30 min, warpwise strength was 310.2 N. Compared with the short al⁃kali oxygen steaming process, the resulting process was simple and easy to operate.关键词
