Abstract
The extraction process of silkworm excrement and the dyeing process of silkworm extract on silk dyeing were studied. The dyeing effect of silk fabric was determined. The influences of ethanol consump⁃tion, extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid on extraction results and the influences of dyeing time, liquor ratio, dyeing pH, dyeing temperature on dyeing results of silk fabric were discussed. The results showed that the optimum extraction process of natural dye from silkworm excrement was as fol ows:70 mol/L of ethanol, extracting at 70 ℃ for 7 h, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶7. The optimum dyeing conditions were as fol ows: 1∶40 of liquor ratio, dyeing at 40 ℃ for 60 min, pH=8. The color fastness of silkworm extract dyed silk fabric could reach 4 level, and mordant dyeing could improve the dye-uptake and color fastness.关键词
