摘要
Abstract
The development of education’s opening career is an important guarantee of the national coopera-tion and communication between China and countries along“the Belt and Road Initiative”. The western-region is the key point,but also the difficult point of national education ’s open career. There are common problems faced by the provinces and cities located in western region on the education’s open. Based on the analysis of dif-ficulties and the reasons about Guizhou’s Chinese and foreign cooperation on running schools (CFCRS)develop-ment,and the study of the development path,some suggestions are put forward,such as to let one unit guide a whole area,to place CFCRS highly to provincial development strategy,to make top-level design,to expand the scale and improve the level,to broaden the scope of cooperation,to enrich education resources,so as to promote the development of the provincial education open career even to the whole west region.关键词
