“双一流”背景下研究型大学弱势学科的治理逻辑
Analysis of the Governance Logic of Weak Disciplines in the Research Universities under the Background of“Double First-rate”

Abstract
In order to adapt to the three stages’development strategy of“Double First-rate”policy,re-search universities especially“985”universities bear the historical mission to take the lead to build first world-class universities and first-class disciplines,and these universities should adjust the setting of disciplines,even abolish the weak disciplines based on the requirement of optimizing the discipline structure and constant increas-ing of economic and social capital return,in order to get more resources to run school. But there are differences between the optimizing the structure of disciplines and the direct abortion,and the optimizing matches the rules of discipline development,gives the opportunities for the cross and combination between the weak disciplines and others,to provide possibilities for the innovative development of weak disciplines. At the same time,the re-sources investment for the construction of“Double First-rate”and the title of“Double First-rate”will be the social capital for the universities to pursue in the new turn. As a result,the adjusting and abortion of weak disci-plines in the universities should keep vigilance over the negative impacts,that is,to damage the discipline ecolo-gy and affect the stability of organization. So the administrators in the university should get the final stay point of the“Double First-rate”construction,and regress to the basic mission of universities. The rule of discipline de-velopment should be respected,the weak disciplines requiring more tolerance attitude,their basic survival re-sources guaranteed,no rush and no quick benefits. The innovative development of the cross and fusion for the weak disciplines and dominant disciplines should be strengthened. The abortion of weak disciplines should be consulted and governed by the academic power,administrative power and the interest-related parties together.关键词
