结构功能主义视角下的高校学生社团精细化管理探析OACHSSCD
Intensified Management of College Student Associations from the Perspective of Structural Functionalism
社团活动是大学生重要的第二课堂，大学生社团文化是高校校园文化的重要组成部分。在当前高校的学生社团管理中，普遍存在组织架构不够健全、运行管理缺乏规范及保障体系不够完善的“粗放型”管理问题，不同程度地阻碍了社团的规范化发展和正向功能的有效发挥。从结构功能主义的视角出发，以学生社团的功能发挥为立足点，高校应从组织机制、运行管理和配套保障方面加强管理，探索精细化的社团管理模式，推进高校学生社团的规范化发展。
