摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the method and experience of pharmaceutical care for a patient with insulin resistant. Methods The rationality of the treatment plan was analyzed by the clinical pharmacist, and the entire pharmaceutical care process was implemented to the patient. Results Doctors took the advice of clinical pharmacists, perfected the treatment plan. The treatment was safe and effective. The patient was discharged with a better health condition. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist integrates in the treatment team,and to promote the rational use of drugs.关键词
