骨髓间充质干细胞立体定向移植治疗大鼠脑缺血损伤的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( BMSCs ) transplantation for treatment of cerebral ischemia injury in rats .Methods A total of 80 rats were grouped randomly into transplantationgroup (A group),phosphate buffer solution group (B group) and shamoperated group (C group) after MCAO model was formed by suture occluded method .Modified neurological severity scale ( mNSS) and morris water maze test were used to evaluate neurological recovery of rats.Results The mNSS score of A group was better than B group or C group (P<0.05).The es-cape latencies of hidden platform in A group were obviously decreased ( P<0 .05 );numbers of crossing the platform in A group were obviously increased (P<0.05).Conclusion BMSCs transplantation could improve neurological functional re-covery after ischemic brain injury .关键词
