摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of baseline serum uric acid level and clinical prognosis in pa -tients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods 240 patients with acute ischemic stroke were collected and their baseline uric acid levels were recorded .According to the baseline uric acid level ,the subjects were divided into 4 groups.The neurological function of 14 d and 90 d of all patients were compared after the onset of the disease .Results With the increase of uric acid , the neurological deficits were significantly improved on 14 d (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).And with the increase of uric acid,the patient’s recovery rate was significantly higher on 90 d.When the uric acid was higher than 289.55 mmol/L,the patients’ recovery rate was significantly higher ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).With the increase of uric acid,there was no significant change in the incidence of adverse events during the 90 d(P>0.05).Conclusion When the baseline uric acid level is higher ,the neurological function recovery and prognosis is better . And when the uric acid was higher than 289.55 mmol/L,the patients with good prognosis rate increased significantly .关键词
