Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of nursing intervention on respiratory tract infection in patients with tracheotomy.Methods 47 cases of tracheal incision in our hospital treated patients according to admission time were divided into control group and observation group,the control group received the routine nursing,the observation group is aiming at the weak points of the main factors of tracheotomy infection and routine nursing care in strengthening the details of care,to observe the ef ect of two kinds of nursing methods on respiratory tract infection.Results After details of the nursing intervention,the observation group of respiratory tract infection rate was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05);the average hospitalization time of ob-servation group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.001);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The factors of infection in patients with tracheotomy,strengthen the patients with artificial airway management for the weak links in the routine nursing care,maintain airway humidification and suctioning,strict implementation of aseptic operation,can make the patients with respiratory function improved,ef ective prevention of respiratory tract infection.关键词
