Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation on the control of the disease and the improvement of the disease.Methods during the period of 2015 -2016 in our hospital were diagnosed with adenomyosis and 48 cases as the research data sources,al patients were treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment and after completion of treatment for an average of 6 months of fol ow -up,retrospective on patients with related baseline data analysis,clinical ef ect induction of adenomyosis patients using the way of treatment.Results the patients were to receive the image before treatment and 6 months after treatment and laboratory examinations,suggesting that before treatment of patients with ade-nomyosis lesion volume,hemoglobin concentration was significantly improved compared with,and the degree of dysmenorrhea score eased,the indicators are used statistical software processing, P <0.05,suggesting the significance;after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms such as abnormal menstruation,dysmenorrhea and abdominal bulge disappeared,the fol ow -up period was not found to be related to adverse reactions or complications caused by the treatment.Conclusion for patients with adenomyosis in the treatment plan can be high intensity focused ultra-sound ablation as the main choice,a satisfactory control ef ect on patients with typical symptoms,the clinical indicators of the degree of improvement is outstanding,high safety,worthy of promo-tion.关键词
