Abstract
Objective To investigate the selection of remifentanil in treatment of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery anesthesia,sufentanil,fentanyl and butorphanol Bhut o in-tervention prevention ef ect on acute pain after operation.Methods in our hospital during the period 2014 -2016 received laparoscopic surgery treatment and selection of Remy Ventani anes-thesia in 120 cases of female patients related to the baseline data for analysis of data sources,group C(Ventani).Record and compare the analgesic,sedative and analgesic ef ects and adverse reactions of 30 patients after the intervention,3 minutes and 6 hours after the operation.Results in the detection time of the 3 groups of patients with pain score,sedation score,suggesting that there are obvious dif erences,statistical y,P <0.05;patients with postoperative common adverse reactions include drowsiness,nausea,vomiting,pruritus and urinary retention,application of Shu fentanyl in patients with adverse drug reaction probability relative to other the 2 group is low,with statistical software processing data,P <0.05.Conclusion remifentanil anesthesia after laparo-scopic surgery in gynecological patients,the Shu fentanyl ef ect is more obvious and satisfactory safety,worthy of promotion.关键词
