摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ect of anti rotation intramedul ary nail fixation in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Control group was given dynamic hip screw internal fixation;experimental group was given anti rotation intramedul ary nail fixation.Evaluation of the treatment of two groups of patients.Results experimental group in the opera-tion time is short,less bleeding,and control group data compared by t test have statistical significance(P <0.05).Experimental group of hip joint function was ideal,and control group data compared by x2 test have statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion the application of anti rotation intramedul ary nail fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly pa-tients,has a positive significance for the prognosis of patients.关键词
