Abstract
Objective The ef ects of dif erent timing and injection speed of etomidate on myoclonus occurance in painless gastroscopy.Methods 218 painless gastroscopy patients are di-vided into 4 groups ramdomly according to dif erent timing and rate of intravenous injection of etomidate after giving midazolam and sufentanil.Group 1:1 mintute after giving midazolam and sufentanil,intravenous inject etomidate 0.2mg/kg(51 cases)in 10 seconds;Group 2,1 mintute after giving midazolam and sufentanil,intravenous inject etomidate 0.2mg/kg(56cases)in 30 seconds;Group 3,2 mintutes after giving midazolam and sufentanil,intravenous inject etomidate 0.2mg/kg(53cases)in 10 seconds;Group 4,2 mintutes after giving midazolam and sufentanil, intravenous inject etomidate 0.2mg/kg(58cases)in 30 seconds.After intravenous injecting etomidate,observe and record 2min myoclonus positive rate and occurrence classification.Results Myoclonus positive rates of four groups were 82.4%,35.7%,17% and 6.9%.Compared with group 1,myoclonus positive rate and occurrence classification in group 2,3and4,significantly re-duced;compared with group 2,nausea and vomiting,myoclonus positive rate and occurrence classification in group 3 and 4 significantly reduced;compared with group 3,myoclonus positive rate and occurrence classification in group 4 significantly reduced.Conclusion 2 mintutes after giving midazolam and sufentanil,intravenous injection of etomidate can significantly reduce myoclo-nus positive rate and occurrence classification,slow injection of etomidate can significantly reduce myoclonus positive rate and occurrence classification.关键词
