中西医结合对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果分析OA

目的：观察并分析中西医结合对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法随机选择2013年1月———2014年12月期间在我院接受腹部手术后自愿参与实验的90例患者，并随机将其分为对照组和研究组，各45例，其中对照组患者采用西医常规治疗，研究组患者采用中西医结合治疗，观察对比两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、肛门排气时间、进食时间以及术后并发症发生率。结果对照组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、肛门排气时间、进食时间明显长于研究组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0…查看全部>>
