摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of hematological indexes in patients with psoriasis,and to observe the clinical diagnostic value of Hematology test.Methods a retrospective analysis was performed on 50 patients with psoriasis who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2015,and 50 patients were treated as the observation group.At the same time wil be in the same period of time in our hospital for physical examination of 100 cases of healthy people,as the control group.Blood lipids,serum calcium,serum uric acid and serum pro-tein were measured in two groups.Results Patients with hematological indexes(including leukocyte count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),red blood cel count,calcium,uric acid and CRP)compared with control group the blood indexes,the dif erence was statistical y significant P <0.05.Conclusion strengthen the leukocyte count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),mo-nitoring the total number of red blood cel s,calcium,uric acid and CRP blood,has very important role for the clinical diagnosis of patients with psoriasis.关键词
