儿泻停颗粒治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效观察OA
Clinical observation on the effect of child diarrhea and stopping granule in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea
目的：探讨儿泻停颗粒治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效观察。方法以笔者收集的450例婴幼儿腹泻病例展开分析，按照双盲法将其分为两组。接受思密达治疗的225例患儿归入对照组，接受儿泻停颗粒治疗的225例患儿归入观察组研究对象。并以两组患儿治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况进行比较。结果治疗3d 后，两组患儿治疗临床总有效率分别为95．11％、86．67％，差异有统计学意义（p ＞0．05）。观察组患儿腹泻停止时间（1．4±0．5）d 显著低于对照组（2．5±1．2）…查看全部>>
