摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influencing factors and prognosis of early cerebral hemorrhage(ICH)in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolysis.Methods select our hospital Selection of the 78 patients were divided into control group and observation group,each with 39 cases in each,after thrombolysis related factors analysis,and three months of fol ow -up of pa-tients,to assess the quality of life.Results Observation of thrombolytic therapy group after ICH suspicious factors was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05),the dif erence has statistical significance.Conclusion after thrombolysis in patients with cerebral infarction appeared in the early stage of ICH and suf ering from other diseases,cerebral infarction severity and thrombolytic drugs application factors and occurrence of ICH patients with poor quality of life and clinical should pay at ention to the control of these factors.关键词
