血清降钙素原检测在肺部细菌性感染诊断中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective to study the serum calcitonin original(procalcitonin,PCT)applied value in the diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infections.Selection methods 01,2016-July 2016 of our hospital,78 patients with bacterial lung infections disease as observation group,an alternate year 50 cases as control group,and medical health detection serum PCT level in both groups, and makes comparison and analysis the result of the two groups.Results the serum PCT level and positive predictive value of serum PCT observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the dif erence is statistical y significant(P <0.05).Conclusion application of serum calcitonin original testing bacterial lung infections disease to improve the diagnostic ef icien-cy,is the ideal reference indicators,worth clinical promotion.关键词
