彩色多普勒超声诊断肾动脉狭窄56例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis.Methods Fifty-six patients with renal artery stenosis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group.Fifty patients with normal physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Color Doppler Ultrasonography,the results of two groups for comparative analysis.Results Renal thickness,width and length of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0. 05).The renal arterial diameter(RIR)was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P <(RAR)and peak flow velocity(PSV)of renal artery and abdominal a-orta were higher than those of control group(P <0.05).The acceleration time of AT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <(P <0.05).There was no significant dif erence in interlobar artery resistance index(RI)and interlobar artery PSV between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the correct diagnosis of renal artery stenosis,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
