甲状腺乳头状癌中VEGF、S100A4、Survivin的表达及其意义
Expression of VEGF, S100A4 and Survivin in papillary thyroid carcinoma and clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of VEGF, S100A4 and survivin in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods The expressions of VEGF, S100A4 and survivin in normal thyroid tissues from 28 people and in PTC tissues from 52 inpatients were detect by immunohistochcmistry method. Results Correlated with normal thyroid tissues, the VEGF, S100A4 and survivin positive rate in PTC (80.77%, 86.54% and 75.00%) was increased ( = 0.000). And the positive expression rate in PTC was associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage ( <0.05). Expressions of them in lymphoid metastatic group were primarily positive or strongly positive, which were mainly weakly positive or positive in non-metastasis group. And none was weakly positive at the same time in lymphoid metastatic group, and none strongly positive simultaneously in non-metastasis group neither. Conclusions VEGF, S100A4 and Survivin are closely related to the aggressive and metastatic character of PTC. A combination of them may have significance for predicting the invasion and metastasis of PTC.关键词
