Abstract
Objective To evaluate effects of Allen sodium tripolyphosphate and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, and to achieve the principles of individualized treatment. Methods Alan sodium medication, PKP were considered as factors, and factorial experimental design methods were used. In accordance with 2 í 2 - factorial experimental designs, and postoperative satisfaction and degree of pain were considered as results. SPSS 20.0 software was used for factorial analysis. Results Function of postoperative pain intensity and degree of satisfaction as criteria, and the difference of Medication decision between patients was statistical significant ( < 0.05). No significant differences were found in different methods of fracture treatment ( >0.05). Conclusions For type Ⅰ and type II of vertebral compression fractures, the long-term effect of surgical and conservational treatment is similar. Anti -osteoporosis drugs (bisphosphonates) should be taken as a major consideration.关键词
